Warranty Information for OZI Mobile Products

All products purchased from OZI Mobile are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and coverage of the warranty may vary depending on the specific product and manufacturer. Returns & Exchanges

Return is only accepted within 3 days of purchase if item is faulty or broken product. Product needs to be in original condition without any damage of the package or product. Change of mind return is not accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us, and all return shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
