How do I activate my post-paid SIM card?
Once you received a new SIM card from us then call to our support Team at 02 9057 0480 and our support team activate your SIM card. For eSIM user, we shall send you eSIM QR code via email & once you scan your eSIM QR Code then it will be activated automatically
Can I put my SIM into another device?
It depends on the plan you’re on. On some plans, our SIM cards are protected by a SIM swap restriction. This means you can’t move the SIM card on those plans from your tablet into a mobile phone. Contact us to confirm if you can swap your SIM to another device

How do I make calls, send SMS and get online with international roaming?
However you choose to use your mobile device while you’re holidaying overseas, we’re here to help you stay connected. While you are in Overseas, you need to dial country code prior dialling any number for example +61 is Australia's country code. Turn on your roaming data option on your mobile handset & you will be able start browsing data in oversaes. You can simply send SMS to any overseas number by including country code prior number.
